Unfortunately, the weather wasn't cooperating. It poured and was around 50 degrees. We, of course, did not have umbrellas. We made a brave attempt at sightseeing, but after lunch we were all wet and cold. German laws prevent stores from being open on Sunday, so we weren't able to find umbrellas.

At least we were able to get familiar with the train system, the S-Bahn. It is just a few steps away from our condo, so we will be using it all summer. Our condo is located above a shopping mall in the Pasing area of Munich.

We are in for the evening watching German TV (we aren't able to get Netflix here). Brett leaves tomorrow for a few days to Paris on business. Hopefully the rain will end so the kids and I can get out into the city tomorrow.
This is great! Jaxon, Josh and I are looking forward to reading about your travels! Jaxon already misses his 'Jackie boy.' "He's far far away on a airplane??"

We are off to the grocery store today, so hopefully we will get everything we need! Tell Jaxon that we will send him a postcard, too.
